To achieve this, a faculty composed of experts in general management and HR fields provides an optimized environment for learning and discussion.
The program offers optimal conditions for students to balance work and study with weekend classes with just once-a-week campus visit. Through innovative curriculum and practical activities, students learn about job analysis and recruitment, performance appraisal and compensation, business negotiation, leadership, global human resources, and labor relations. Students can also grasp the latest trends by studying HR analytics and talent management, strategic human resource management, leadership and coaching, and employment relations issues.
Students new to the field can participate in the Employment Relations Mentor Program (ERMP) which provides mentoring opportunities. Faculty members in the field participate as career services advisors to support students in efficiently growing into experts in the field.
The program provides knowledge that can be immediately applied in the field to help students achieve the best performance in their individual jobs according to organizational goals.
