General MBA Program For Management Leaders
This KU MBA program in general business administration ("Konkuk MBA") provides basic and core requisite courses essential for becoming executives and managers, along with specialized courses in various fields of business administration.
This program aims to cultivate core business talent equipped with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in overall management.
To achieve this, we offer learner-centered management education that incorporates the latest management theories reflecting changes in domestic and international business environments, along with various business cases and projects.

Program Introduction
The Konkuk MBA program provides a practice-oriented curriculum necessary for growth as a global professional management leader. Based on traditional MBA programs offered in the United States, it focuses on cultivating managers who can make optimal business decisions and solve complex problems through in-depth learning in all areas of business administration, including accounting, finance, marketing, strategic management, international management, human resources, operations management, management science, and information systems.
It is a two-year educational program with classes held on weekday evenings and weekends. The program's courses are divided into basic/core requisites and electives. A minimum of 45 credits is required for graduation, including 12 credits of basic requisites and at least 15 credits of core requisites. The remaining 18 credits can be freely chosen from other core requisites and electives.

Graduation Requirements
- Complete at least 45 credits including basic (12 credits) and core (15 credits) requisites.
- Maintain an overall GPA of 2.4 or higher.
