Korea's First Specialized MBA Program For DT Leaders
This KU MBA program in digital transformation ("Digital Transformation MBA") is the first specialized MBA program of its kind in Korea, offering digital innovation management courses aimed at cultivating entrepreneurial digital leaders for Industry 4.0.
This program provides practice-oriented education in general management while fostering innovative problem-solving skills related to DT issues in SMAATH (Smart city, Manufacturing, Animal health services, Agriculture, Transportation, Healthcare) industry sectors led by Konkuk University.
To achieve this, a faculty composed of experts in general management and DT fields provides an optimized environment for education and discussion.

Curriculum Introduction
The DT MBA program requires completion of 45 credits over two years with 1 or 2 campus visits per week. Courses are divided into basic/core requisites and electives. The requisites provide education on general management, while electives offer advanced DT MBA courses.
- First, through the "Digital Transformation" course, students learn about comprehensive DT management issues in SMAATH industry sectors, and study various methods of data collection and decision-making through the "DT Technology" and "AI-Based Decision Making" courses.
- Second, the "DT Business Model" and "DT BizOps" courses teach innovation and problem-solving processes essential for digital talent. The "DT Leadership" course helps understand and study leaders required for innovative corporate management based on digital and customer-centric mindsets.
- Third, after acquiring basic competencies for DT problem-solving, students innovatively solve and publicly present real-world problems occurring in the DT process of Konkuk University SMAATH Network organizations through "Field Study I" and "Field Study II" courses.
- Fourth, students have opportunities to discuss and solve problems faced by industry CEOs, and broaden their perspective and understanding of technology and overseas markets.

Graduation Requirements
- Complete at least 45 credits including basic (12 credits) and core (15 credits) requisites.
- Maintain an overall GPA of 2.4 or higher.
