Liberal Arts Curriculum for Degree-Seeking International Students
- The liberal arts curriculum is composed of Foundational Liberal Arts, Advanced Liberal Arts, and Basic Liberal Arts. To graduate, students must fulfill the completion requirements for each category.
- The completion requirements for the general education curriculum may vary depending on the year of admission. Therefore, students are advised to review and enroll in courses in accordance with the curriculum applicable to their year of admission.

- For Basic Liberal Arts, students are required to complete two courses in the Korean Language area and one course each in the areas of Thinking and Expression, Writing for International Students, and Computer Studies, for a minimum total of 15 credits.
- " KOREAN LANGUAGE BASIC LEARNING” is a required course; however, students may be exempted from taking this course if they complete “유학생한국어1”. In such cases, students must earn an additional 3 credits by completing another course from either the Basic Liberal Arts or Advanced Liberal Arts curriculum.
- “KOREAN LANGUAGE DEEP LEARNING” may be taken only by students who have completed “ KOREAN LANGUAGE BASIC LEARNING” or “유학생한국어1” as a prerequisite.

- For Advanced Liberal Arts, students are required to complete at least two courses in each of the following categories—Creative Professional (Enhancement of Critical Thinking), Practical Social Contributor (Cultivation of Academic Knowledge and Character) , and Leading Global Citizen (Development of Global Talent) —for a minimum total of 12 credits.
- Even after fulfilling the completion requirements for Advanced Liberal Arts, students may freely enroll in courses offered under the Advanced Liberal Arts curriculum.
Advanced Liberal Arts Requirements for Students Admitted Before 2019
Students admitted before the 2019 academic year are subject to the same general education curriculum requirements (Foundational Liberal Arts and Advanced Liberal Arts) as Korean students.
