KU Professor Publishes a Study on the Effect of Grain Boundary Induced Bias Instability on Organic Field-Effect Transitors

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><img style="margin-left: auto; display: block; margin-right: auto;" alt="" src="ArticleFile.do?id=11672720" /><br />A research team led by Professor Wi Hyoung Lee of the Department of Organic and Nano System Engineering published a study on the impact of grain boundary induced bias instability on organic field-effect transitors, which have potential applications in flexible electronics. The research was supported by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning under the Nano-based Soft Electronics Research Project and the Rising Research Project. The results were published on the online version of Scientific Reports, a sister publication of Nature,” on September 12, 2016, in an article titled “Grain Boundary Induced Bias Instability in Soluble Acene-Based Thin-Film Transistors” with Mr. Ky Nguyen, a graduate of Konkuk’s master's program in organic and nano system engineering listed as the first author.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
