<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><img style="margin-left: auto; display: block; margin-right: auto;" alt="" src="ArticleFile.do?id=11750729" width="158" height="210" /> </span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Professor Chul-seung Seo of Konkuk University Engineering Department (Department of Advanced Industry Fusion) was selected as the winner of the Best Paper Award in 2018 by the Korea Management Engineers Society on November 29.<br /></span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><br />The Best Paper Award is given to scholars who have contributed to the development of the management engineering field that combines management and engineering among the papers published in the 「Korea Management Engineers Society magazine」 published by the Korea Management Engineers Society.<br /></span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><br />The paper that Professor Seo received was entitled 'A Study on the Effect of Personal-Environmental Suitability on Organizational Effectiveness - Through Emotional Labor Characteristics', which analyzes the effects of work environments on emotional labors such as illegal parking protector and traffic officers and their job satisfaction. Professor Seo, who has won the Best Teaching Award of the last semester, said, "I will strive to communicate more and more with students and devote myself to my lectures and research." </span></p>
