(Figure 1) (Paper title: Highly Interconnected Nanorods and Nanosheets Based on a Hierarchically Layered Metal–Organic Framework for a Flexible, High-Performance Energy Storage Device) <img style="margin-left: auto; display: block; margin-right: auto;" src="ArticleFile.do?id=11783533" width="412" height="284" />　　                   　     Professor Jung-Tae Park                 1st author, Juyoung Moon                                Department of Chemical Engineering    Department of Chemical Engineering Professor Jung Tae Park's team produced a hierarchical structure of cobalt nanorods and sheet structures without adding additional metal precursors based on cobalt metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). And later, through the sulfidation process, a cobalt sulfide-MOF core shell structure was prepared. (Figure 2) The energy storage element electrode of the hierarchical structure proposed in this study showed a higher specific surface area than the existing electrode material, and it was possible to manufacture a high performance supercapacitor element. (Figure 3) The first co-author of this paper is the master's degree student of the Department of Chemical Engineering, Juyoung Moon, and Dr. Chang Soo Lee of the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. As a co-author, Professor Jung Tae Park of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Professor Jong Hak Kim of the Department of Chemical and Biotechnology, Yonsei University participated.
