Konkuk University College of Social Sciences students, Seung-hye Jeon and Ki-min Park (4th grade of Department of International Trade) won the Best Paper Award at the 17th Asia Network for Quality(ANQ) Congress held in Bangkok, Thailand from Oct. 21th to 25th. (Title of paper: “Understanding Business Ethics Types for Supply Chain Quality”)The two students participated in the research intern for undergraduate students (RUS) under the guidance of Professor Min-seok Shin of Department of International Trade. They studied the impact of business ethics on improving global supply chain quality by comparing Korean and Chinese students' business ethics. In recent years, the understanding of corporate ethics in global supply chain management has been taken as a measure of the company's new competitiveness. Seung-hye Jeong said, “I had a great opportunity to participate in a good program called RUS while attending Professor Min-suk Shin's Global Supply Chain Management class last semester. And I was able to have a great time while exchanging opinions with other participants. I am also very happy to participate in the RUS program and to have exchanges with professors and achieve good results.”
