The director Daejoong Son of Konkuk University’s Center for International Faculty & Students Services was elected as the 11th president at the 21st Korean Association of International Education, KAIE regular general meeting held on the 23rd at the Westin Chosun Hotel in Busan. The term is two years.President Son served as a vice president and director of the KAIE. He has experience in international exchange and attracting international students. He is currently the director of the Center for International Faculty & Student Servies at Konkuk University.The Korean Association of International Education (KAIE) was established in 1998 as a representative organization for the exchange of international education in Korean higher education. Currently, there are more than 100 member schools in Korea. They provide training, education, and training opportunities to enhance the professionalism of members, and cooperate closely with relevant agencies such as the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education on policy formulation in the field of international education.
