Students selected for the 8th Dr. Jung program, went to Europe for cultural exploration from June 25th to July 9th.
Dr. Jung program is a scholarship program for Konkuk students that has been 8 years since 2012. This program was made by Mr. Kun-soo, Jung, a former alumni association chairman and he has been donating 100 million won every year for the students.
On July 4th, 20 selected students of 8th Dr. Jung’s program departed to Europe and explored European countries such as England, France, Switzerland, Italy, Malta, and Netherland, studied their cultural heritage and advanced educational system.

Mr. Jung, a former alumni committee chairman said "through this opportunity, I want them to get confidence for building a successful life. And I would like students to share their valuable experience with their friends who are going together to strengthen their friendship." Konkuk University plans to further develop the Dr.Jung program and make it larger and more structured so that it will become a representative overseas study program of Konkuk University together with the New Frontier program.
