Konkuk University announced on the 2nd that it has introduced web-based AI chatbot service which can respond inquiries regarding admission process in real time for students and parents.Using the school mascot ‘KU’, Konkuk University named the service ‘KU-bot’, and it will offer service that can provide immediate answers for the following; 2022 admission planning, 2021 admission process for each program, deadlines and requirements, major changes on admission requirements, information for Seoul campus, and campus life (undergraduate, scholarship, programs, facilities).KU-bot service is available by clicking the character button (all available on PC and mobile), which is located at the bottom right of the Admissions website.The head of Admission Center, Hanse Lee, said, “We believe that the chatbot will answer many questions for students,” adding, “We are planning to develop the service and solve various inquiries through continuous update.”
