Konkuk University (Chairman Ja Eun Yoo) announced on the 21st that its affiliated profit corporation, Konkuk AMC, has attended the ‘Coexistence Agreement Ceremony for Good Lease Campaign in Gwangjin-gu’ held at Gwangjin-gu Office, Seoul, on the 20th and received an award for its contribution to revitalizing the local economy with ‘Good Lease Campaign’.
Konkuk AMC, which manages Konkuk Star City Mall, the largest living shopping compex in Gwangjin-gu, joined ‘Good Lease Campaign’. In order to commiserate with tenants who suffered from the COVID-19 and promote the shared growth through coexistence, Konkuk AMC has participated ‘Good Lease Campaign’ reducing rents worth a total of 660 million won for four months.
Throughout various cultural events, exhibitions and events, Konkuk AMC is invigorating not just Star City Mall but the nearby commercial areas leading the development of local economy.
The President of Konkuk AMC, Jong Moon Choi, said on the ceremony, “We have made our decision to join ‘Good Lease Campaign’ to encourage small enterprises during the difficult time,” and “We, Konkuk AMC, will try to energize the local commercial areas by presenting a variety of attractions for the year end.”
