KU Research Team’s Documentary Selected as the “Good Program of the Month”

<p align="left">Konkuk University (KU) research team headed by Prof. Yong Suk Hwang (Dean of KU Graduate School of Mass Communication & Public Relations; Professor of the Dept. of Media & Communication, College of Liberal Arts) was given the "Good Program of the Month" award by the Korea Communications Standards Commission on Feb. 26, 2014. The team co-produced two episodes on the topic of "good capitalism" with a private production company with funding from the Korea Communications Agency.</p> <p align="left">As the only program to be awarded in the new media section among the six awarded programs, it covered the current status of "sharing economy," an economic topic that is recently gaining much attention, and was broadcasted on the Business &, a cable channel operated by the Digital Chosun Ilbo.</p> <p>The research team stated that they had aimed to introduce an alternative to existing capitalism as problems such as economic inequality are intensifying in recent years.</p> <p> </p> <p><img src="ArticleFile.do?id=11590987" /></p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align: right;">Posted by Eunjin Cho</p>
