KU Doctoral Student Receives the 2013 National Award for Outstanding Self-financed Chinese Students Abroad

<p align="left">Mr. Ming Cui, doctoral student in Consumer Information Science at Konkuk University (KU), was selected as an outstanding self-sponsored Chinese student at the 2013 National Award for Outstanding Self-financed Chinese Students Abroad held on May 30, 2014, at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Korea.</p> <p align="left">In this award ceremony hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Korea and sponsored by the Chinese Scholars and Students Association in Korea, Chinese Ambassador to Korea Qiu Guohong conferred the award certificates to the students and delivered letters of appreciation to the students' advisors.</p> <p align="left">The National Award for Outstanding Self-financed Chinese Students Abroad has been operated by the China Scholarship Council since 2003 for self-financed Chinese students pursuing doctoral degrees in overseas universities.
