Two teams of Konkuk University (KU) students visited Southern Europe and Oceania, respectively, for 16 days and arrived in Korea on Aug. 2, 2014, through the 2014 PRIDE KU New Frontier Program. The annual program is intended to enhance students' global competitiveness and pioneering spirit by offering diverse multicultural experiences.
The Southern Europe team travelled to Spain, Morocco, and France during July 6-22. The Oceania team visited Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia between July 14 and 30.
"We believe the PRIDE KU New Frontier Program is providing our students many opportunities to broaden their perspectives through direct engagement with other cultures," Prof. Seung Ho Lee, Vice President of the Office of Student Affairs commented.
