Konkuk University (KU) announced on Feb. 10, 2015, that an agreement for a dual degree program has been made between KU Dept. of Real Estate Studies and the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW-Madison; U.S.) Global Real Estate Master (GREM) program.
UW-Madison is a prestigious university which ranks 13th among the Top Public Schools (National Universities) announced by the 2015 US News & World Report. It is also home to one of the oldest real estate programs in the world which has been recognized as the no. 1 program by the same report's Real Estate Rankings.
UW-Madison's GREM provides advanced and high-quality classes covering diverse topics linked to real estate, such as finance, development, marketing, etc.
Students accepted to the dual degree program are able to receive degrees from both Konkuk and UW-Madison; requirements include taking GREM courses at UW-Madison for one semester and fulfilling the graduation requirements for acquiring the master's degree in real estate at Konkuk.
