Actress Choi Ji-woo and actor Lee Sang-yoon, the two main characters of the tvN weekend drama series “Twenty Again,” kept their promise of giving out free iced coffee as part of their recent viewer rating pledge. The stars had each promised 300 cups of iced coffee given that the viewer rating surpassed 3%. The first episode aired on Aug. 28 recorded 3.8%, placing “Twenty Again” the no. 1 program on cable and satellite channels.
On the afternoon of Sept. 11, 2015, the two stars visited Konkuk University (KU) main campus (in Seoul), to carry out the free coffee event, where hundreds of students, citizens, and media personnel gathered. Choi Ji-woo and Lee Sang-yoon greeted and handed out 600 cups of coffee to each person in the long line near Cheongsimdae and the Ilgam Lake.
Since July 2015, ‘Twenty Again’ has been filmed on various spots on Konkuk campus, which is composed of a large sized lake, vast greenery, and numerous trees in harmony with the modern facilities and buildings. The flat landscape allows students to travel around the campus with ease, and the campus is conveniently located in the heart of Seoul where subway lines 2 and 7 meet.
Since its first episode, ‘Twenty Again’ has been successful in maintaining first place in viewer ratings among all programs aired on cable and satellite channels concurrently.
