The International Programs Team, Konkuk University (KU) Office of International Affairs, has launched a pilot program named “E4U (English For You) Writing Clinic” for the 2015 fall semester. Ms. Sita Makris and Ms. Binnie Jeong, interns and visiting students from the U.S., will be teaching basic writing skills to Konkuk students as well as providing proofreading services for their English-written reports and materials, by holding five 1:1 sessions per week. Konkuk’s English Editor and internship supervisor, Ms. Eun Jin Cho, will be teaching two sessions every week. The E4U Writing Clinic is an integral part of the internship offered by the International Programs Team to selected exchange or visiting students from English-speaking countries. The internship also involves editing of KU English website contents, carrying out PR activities offline and via SNS (Facebook page of KU International Affairs), and other tasks. Interns of the 2015 spring semester had conducted speaking classes through the project "E4U Speaking Class."Signing up for writing classes will be available starting from Sept. 25, 2015, online.
