<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">On March 31, 2016, Konkuk University President Heeyoung Song met with Zambian Ambassador to Korea Mr. Mumba S. Kampumpa. The Zambian embassy in Seoul opened in June 2014, and Mr. Kampumpa is serving as its first ambassador. President Song discussed exchanging undergraduate and graduate-level students and potential joint research with the country. Located in southern Africa, Zambia has abundant natural resources.
