The Office of International Affairs at Konkuk University hosted an information session for study abroad programs on May 24, 2016. Konkuk currently has agreements with 436 universities in 60 countries, and each year there are more opportunities available for students. Close to 1,300 students are expected to study abroad each year, nearly double the amount of 755 students in 2013. Approximately 300 students attended the information session, which took place at the Sanghuh Hall. Presentations were given on different programs for dual degrees, exchanges students and language studies. Students also had the opportunity to listen directly from those who studied abroad at Chuo University in Japan, Xiamen University and East China Normal University in China, University of Central Oklahoma in the United States, University of Jaen in Spain, Middle East Technikal University in Turkey, The Hague University in the Netherlands as well as IESEG School of Management in France.The Office of International Affairs plans to hold additional information sessions focused on specific regions on June 21.
