KU Students Explore Spanish History and Culture in Seville

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <img style="margin-left: auto; display: block; margin-right: auto;" alt="" src="ArticleFile.do?id=11667379" /></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">During the summer of 2016, a total of 23 Konkuk University (KU) students are participating in a short-term study abroad program in Seville. For three weeks in July, the students will learn Spanish language, history, and culture at Universidad Internacional Menendez Pelayo. They will have the opportunity to join a guided tour of Madrid, Toledo, Cordoba, and Granada in addition to the capital of Andalusia. The students will also be able to immerse in Spanish culture through homestay programs and language tutoring from local university students.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">KU has been offering a variety of short-term programs for the summer through which students can deepen their academic interests and hone their communication skills in an international environment. This summer, KU students will study at the University of Malaya, Singapore Institute of Management, Marylhurst University, and University of New South Wales, to name a few.</span></p>
