On April 28, Konkuk University’s exchange and visiting students went on a field trip to the Demilitarized Zone and 63 Building. Each semester, the Office of International Affairs organizes a field trip for exchange and visiting students to enhance their learning experience in Korea. In previous semesters, students have visited the Korean Folk Village in Yongin. More than 60 students participated in the trip, which included tours of Imjingak and the Third Tunnel among others, to learn about the history behind the division of Korea. On the way back, the students stopped by 63 Building—once the tallest building in Korea—to take in the view of Seoul from the observatory.
