To that end, the university has formulated and implemented a variety of strategies for employment and establishment of start-ups. </span></span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"><span style="color: #000000; font-size: small;">The university has given full support to relevant divisions for offering employment and establishment of startup-related programs customized to each student by raising the status of the Center for Career Development to the Office of Career Development and Placement. </span></span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"><span style="color: #000000; font-size: small;">The number of related-programs ran by the university in the second half of last year amounted to 37. All freshmen are required to take this online-based pass/fail course (e-learning).
