Konkuk University Signs a MOU with Songpa-gu Office for Job Creation and Business Support

<p><span style="color: #333333; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span>Konkuk University announced on the 27<sup>th</sup> that it has signed a MOU with Songpa-gu Office to create quality jobs and effectively support businesses.<br /><br /><span>Throughout the agreement, the two institutions decided to work on the following areas; cooperation with businesses to create job opportunities for youth / promoting youth startup center and supporting for startup activation / strengthening cooperation for systematic growth and development of social economy enterprises / education support for small enterprises and the owners in Songpa including Moonjung Bizvalley / methods to activate new growth driving industry and research support activities with corporate technology commercialization including Green BIO-ICT.<span style="color: #333333; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><br /><br /><img width="659" height="439" style="margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; display: block;" alt="" src="ArticleFile.do?id=11836289" /><br /></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span>President Jeon said, “Konkuk University will contribute to the creation of job creation for youth and the development of regional communities that will lead future businesses through this agreement,” adding, “We will make the best effort to result in synergy by effectively exchanging human and physical resources held by the two institutions.”<br /><br /><span style="font-family: 'Candara',sans-serif;"><span style="color: #000000; font-size: small;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Mayor Park stated, “We need to further expand the quality job creation businesses to make a society where young people desire to work,” and, “Upon this agreement with Konkuk University, we will make various efforts for the growth of startups, social economy enterprises and small enterprises as well as the activation of new growth driving industries.”</span><br /></span></span></span></span></p>
